Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Wood Fabricator & Vehicle Interior Assembler to join our production team. This position involves the fabrication of wood and metal components, as well as the installation and assembly of vehicle interiors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wood fabrication tools and general mechanical assembly, ensuring quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced, high-variety production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate wood and metal parts to precise specifications using table saws, band saws, pin routers, and hand tools
  • Assemble and install interior components, including wooden and aluminum vinyl-wrapped parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements with 1/16" tolerances
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and production goals

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must be proficient in reading a tape measure with 1/16" accuracy
  • Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience in woodworking
  • Ability to use various power and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques
  • Experience with table saws, band saws, and other woodworking equipment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have no physical work limitations and be able to lift, bend, and work on their feet for extended periods
  • Must be willing to assist with other fabrication and shop tasks as needed
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Full-time position | 40 hours per week
  • Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Location Requirements
