Currently out of production the Cadillac XTS limousine is based on the Cadillac XTS sedan, which was first introduced in 2013 as a replacement for the Cadillac DTS sedan. The XTS was designed with a more modern look and advanced features to meet the evolving needs of the luxury transportation market.

The first generation of the Cadillac XTS limousine was produced from 2013 to 2019. It was available in 70- and 70-inch five door extended wheelbase versions.

In 2019, the XTS limousine was replaced by the Mercedes Benz Sprinter limousine and Ford Transit limousine, which are based on high roof luxury vans. The new limousines feature higher headroom and a greater passenger capacity while maintaining a similar level of luxury and advanced features as the Cadillac XTS.
